About the hotel

1/2 block up and across from the ferry terminal situated below some of the original mining buildings and equipment. The big plus to this property is its location. It is on the main highway which allows for great access to town and a quick exit, if needed. The road noise might keep some people awake.

What to expect

Two story hotel of 28 rooms. The exterior is well kept and the interior is similar to other budget properties in Santa Rosalia. There is a refrigerator in the lobby with a large selection of pop, juice, water, and snacks for sale. There is enclosed parking on their property and they keep the grounds very clean. The sign said Hotel El Industrial as of August 2005. They said they are getting a new one, so keep an eye out.
